Job summary

Nidec Mobility America Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Technician specializing in test hardware and software in an automotive manufacturing setting in the United States. The role focuses on ICT test fixture maintenance, Keysight/Agilent 3070 system upkeep, and ensuring high-quality production through hands-on troubleshooting and routine diagnostics.

The ideal candidate will perform fixture change-overs, repair mechanical and electrical components, and support software updates in BT-Basic

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with ICT test hardware and software.
Familiarity with Keysight/Agilent 3070 systems preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot test fixtures and electronics to maintain line yields.

Responsibilities

Perform test fixture change-overs on ICT test systems based on production needs.
Repair and maintain test fixtures including pogo pins, sockets, and alignment components.
Perform PM on 3070 mainframe, diagnose and replace faulty system cards, and verify pin integrity.
