Job summary

System One in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Manufacturing Test Technician for a contract-to-hire, onsite role with hours from 6:00am to 2:30pm. You will perform precision shaft alignment using laser tools and conduct tests on centrifugal blowers, compressors and dryers, recording vibration, pressure and temperature data.

You will also set up electrical and mechanical I/O connections, generate detailed test reports, maintain calibration of test equipment, and communicate findings to the engineering

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical testing of rotating machinery components.
• Proficient in using laser shaft alignment tools.
• Ability to measure vibration, pressure, and temperature with appropriate instruments.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical connections for industrial equipment.
• Proficient with Windows-based computers and software for generating test reports.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clear technical documentation.
