Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related engineering field.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive clear recommendations.
• Experience with data analysis in Excel, Python, SQL or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Learn how Reality Labs products move from requirements to test across categories.
• Build a traceability framework linking PRDs to test needs and coverage gaps.
• Gather field data and map failures back to test coverage.
• Identify coverage gaps and excess tests affecting cost and cycle time.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PM, quality, reliability, design, and test teams.
• Help implement a repeatable process to close field outcomes back to tests.
• Present findings and recommendations to the team and technical leadership.
