Jabil in Memphis, TN is seeking a Test Line Lead to coordinate daily testing operations, assign work based on production priorities, and provide hands-on support to the test team to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient testing.

The role emphasizes equipment readiness, process compliance, and driving continuous improvement while mentoring Test I-III staff and ensuring schedules meet customer requirements.

Competenze

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in manufacturing, testing, HVAC, industrial equipment, electromechanical systems, diagnostics, or a related technical field required.
• Experience performing advanced testing, troubleshooting, and failure analysis of mechanical, electrical, and fluid systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, specifications, and test procedures.
• Experience using automated test equipment, diagnostic tools, and manufacturing systems.
• Demonstrated ability to train, support, and mentor employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work within manufacturing and testing software systems.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for up to 10-12 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation; mechanical lifting devices and team lifts may be utilized as needed.

Job Summary:

The Test Line Lead coordinates daily testing operations and provides hands-on support to the test team to ensure products are tested safely, accurately, and efficiently. This role assigns work based on production priorities, supports troubleshooting activities, monitors workflow, and helps the team achieve production, quality, and delivery goals. The Test Line Test Line Lead serves as the primary resource for testing processes, equipment readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Starting Pay Rate: $30.00

Shift: Monday - Thursday (6:00am - 4:30pm)

Duties and Responsibilities:
