Job summary

TrellisWare Technologies, Inc. in San Diego, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to design, implement, and optimize automated manufacturing test systems for TrellisWare products.

You will contribute across hardware, software, and test environments and work with contract manufacturers to ensure production-ready testing. Qualifications

• Experience developing automated test systems and/or manufacturing test processes.
• Experience programming in Python, C#, VB.NET, C/C++, or similar languages.
• Experience with Linux and Windows-based systems and test environments.
• Experience with RF test equipment or wireless products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain automated manufacturing test systems for TrellisWare products.
• Drive Design for Testability (DFT) with Engineering.
• Develop test fixtures, interfaces, and hardware for production testing.
• Develop and maintain test infrastructure, APIs, and data collection tools.
• Program and integrate test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and RF tools.
• Transition test systems from Engineering into production and support NPI.
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers to deploy and improve test systems.
• Analyze test data to improve yield and throughput.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and test issues in production.
• Train contract manufacturers on test systems and procedures.
• Travel ~15% of the time.
