Job summary

Acron Aviation is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to strengthen our Thermal Switch manufacturing through automation and process optimization. You will work with Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, and Product Engineering to identify bottlenecks, improve test efficiency, and shorten cycle times while maintaining high quality.

Ideal candidates have a technical degree and 3+ years in test engineering, with experience in automated test equipment, data analysis, and implementing continuous

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field.
  • 3+ years in manufacturing test engineering or related areas.
  • Experience troubleshooting automated test systems and production equipment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and performance metric reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support production test equipment used in Thermal Switch manufacturing.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, instrumentation, and fixture issues impacting production output.
  • Develop and maintain production test procedures and technical documentation.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement throughput and efficiency improvements.
  • Upgrade legacy test equipment and modernize software platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, and Product Engineering.
