Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience developing and implementing test systems.
• Experience in test optimization for manufacturing environments.
• Test architecture design including scripting, test executives, hardware, and measurement abstraction layers.
• Programming or scripting experience (Python or C#).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Engineering intuition and ability to work with ambiguity.
• Experience writing test plans and go/no-go judgments.
• Experience in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop test requirements with engineering teams.
• Map requirements to reusable test architectures and procedures.
• Implement test plans and procedures and log results for stakeholders.
• Manage lab and equipment and guide equipment purchase decisions.
• Evaluate non-conformances to determine root cause and drive improvements.
