Qualifications

• A BS with 2+ years in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience developing and implementing test systems for manufacturing environments.
• Experience in test optimization and mapping requirements to test architectures.
• Experience writing test plans and procedures with go/no-go judgments.
• Experience in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to lead and develop test requirements.
• Map requirements to reusable test architectures and procedures.
• Implement test plans and procedures and log results for stakeholders.
• Lab and equipment management; guide equipment purchases.
• Evaluate non-conformances to determine root cause and drive improvements.
