Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in developing and debugging automated test scripts using Python, C#, or LabVIEW.
• Strong understanding of data acquisition systems, sensor technologies, and industrial control systems.
• Experience with various testing methodologies, including functional, performance, stress, and reliability testing for manufactured products.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications to design appropriate test fixtures and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for manufacturing processes and products.
• Design and build test fixtures and automated test equipment.
• Analyze test data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure testability and quality.
• Document test procedures, results, and defect reports.
• Perform Gage R&R studies and maintain calibration of test equipment.
