Job summary

Compunetics in Monroeville, PA is seeking hands-on manufacturing technicians and machine operators to join a high‑tech PCB production environment.

You will operate a wide range of equipment, follow directions, troubleshoot problems, and contribute to a stable, growing company with excellent benefits and a 9/80 schedule.

Candidates with a High School Diploma and a willingness to learn will be trained; US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in manufacturing and hands-on work preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and pride in a job done right.
• Dependable, motivated and ready to take ownership of tasks.
• Certifications or specialized skills are a big plus, but not required.
• High School Diploma (AS for some) is commonly required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a wide range of machines and equipment used in PCB manufacturing.
• Follow directions and work with accuracy to produce quality boards.
• Assist with troubleshooting and basic maintenance as needed.

We’re hiring technicians and machine operators. The jobs are hands‑on, the environment is high‑tech, the benefits are excellent.

If you have experience in a manufacturing environment, good troubles shooting skills and the ability to follow directions, we’ll train you. You’ll operate a wide range of machines and equipment used in the printed circuit board manufacturing process.
