Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technician Trainer to develop and deliver training programs for Manufacturing teams at Arsenal (Ohio). The ideal candidate has a strong background as a technician or trainer in manufacturing and excels at translating technical processes into accessible training.

You will deliver hands-on sessions on the production floor, develop content, and ensure safety and quality standards are embedded in every program. A US-person is required due to access controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a technician or technician trainer in a production or manufacturing environment.
• A self-starter who is energetic, driven, and always looking for opportunities for continuous improvement
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment and tooling, standard manufacturing and assembly practices, and safety standards
• Strong communication and facilitation skills; able to coach and explain complex processes clearly
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other documentation tools
• Comfortable using or learning LMS and digital tools for training documentation
• Effective organizational skills to manage training schedules, materials, records, and documentation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
• Driven, motivated, and committed to continuous improvement
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person, on-the-job, and classroom-style training across multiple product lines
• Develop and maintain training content and job aides
• Lead hands-on training on the production floor with real-life scenarios
• Standardize skills matrices and training documentation
• Create and improve training materials and SOPs
• Collaborate with SMEs and leadership to align objectives
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized training
• Maintain training records and progress reports
• Support learning administration including scheduling and logistics
