Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technician Supervisor to join our EPI/HWA team in Dallas. You will oversee maintenance of production equipment and supervise technicians, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to company standards.

The role includes establishing preventive maintenance, coordinating training, managing inventory, and scheduling manufacturing activities. You will develop and evaluate personnel to keep the operation efficient in a fast-paced semiconductor

Qualifications

High School diploma/GED.
Associates degree in technical field or 2 years of related fabexperience.
2 years of experience in engineering, technician or maintenance in a fab environment.
2 years of relevant experience required.
Ability to work a 12 hour compressed schedule.
Night shift with one weekend shift and holidays.

Responsibilities

Oversee production equipment maintenance and supervise technicians in EPI/HWA.
Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
Manage training programs to ensure proper operation and repairs.
Maintain inventory and spare parts; coordinate scheduling of manufacturing activities.
Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation.
