A snapshot of your day

In this role, you’ll lead manufacturing and repair processes, oversee development and improvement projects, and collaborate with combustion design and repair engineering teams to innovate new products. Your efforts will contribute to society by reducing the cost of fabricating and machining gas turbine combustion components through our innovative manufacturing processes.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Maintain, adjust, and operate all rough special process equipment required for the work.
  • Ensure all safety guards and shields are in place before starting operations, check engineering instructions and specifications, and adhere to proper procedures and quality standards.
  • Verify routers to ensure correct part numbers and master heat numbers, and perform spot checks on cut-off parts to confirm accuracy, inspecting for cracks, heat checks, or other damages.
  • Report defective equipment to the supervisor and leave the work area clean and organized at the end of each shift.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Manufacturing experience is advantageous.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.
  • This position requires an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of the license is a prerequisite. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export law.
