Job description

Manufacturing Technician needed for a contract to hire opportunity with SOC's client to work in Rochester, New York.

Active Secret Clearance is required for this position!

Responsibilities

1. Perform functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, rework, and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
2. Use programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.
3. Assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
4. Work with engineers in conducting experiments.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship with an ACTIVE DOD SECRET Clearance
• Possess a positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment
• High School Diploma/Degree preferred

Employment Pre-requisites

In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the hourly range for this role is $18.25 - $22.00 (Per hour). Final offer amount may vary based on experience and location.

Requirements include successful completion of a background investigation and drug urinalysis.
