Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience or 4 years with an Associate’s degree.
• Prior experience working with a variety of hand, power, and test tools.
• Prior experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing methods and tools for fabricating mechanical and electronic components.
• Setup, maintain, and troubleshoot assembly, inspection, and test equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve yield issues and improve efficiency.
• Train production personnel in new or existing operations.
