Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a manufacturing operator to run and optimize specialized equipment, ensuring output meets specifications and safety standards. You will monitor performance, perform routine and non-routine inspections, and document data for compliance.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in manufacturing or production with equipment.
High School Diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
Vocational/Technical Diploma in manufacturing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Operates and maintains standard and non-standard manufacturing equipment following safety and quality protocols.
Performs inspections and troubleshooting; escalates more complex issues as needed.
Documents production data and equipment performance to ensure accurate records.
Adheres to SOPs and participates in periodic audits to maintain compliance with standards.
Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, or safety.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support production schedules and resolve bottlenecks.
