Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic electrical and pneumatic troubleshooting experience.
• Good mechanical aptitude and repair skills.
• Ability to follow standardized processes and engineering setpoints.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Inspect press station mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components and support maintenance scheduling.
• Inspect and maintain tooling sets between production runs to ensure readiness.
• Set up tooling according to engineering-setpoints for upcoming runs.
• Collaborate with Engineering to improve tooling setups and maximize uptime and quality.
• Perform basic electrical and pneumatic work and intermediate mechanical repairs.
• Monitor production processes and adjust to improve yield and reduce waste.
