Job summary

Dyna Flex Inc in Painesville, OH is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to set up, operate and troubleshoot equipment used to produce thermoplastic hose. You will monitor process performance, maintain product quality and help ensure consistent, efficient production.

This role emphasizes hands-on operation, problem solving and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with on-site training and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments preferred; ability to learn setup, adjustments & troubleshooting.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours, lift 50+ lbs.
• Detail-oriented with ability to read instructions and record production data.
• Teamwork mindset to support production and other departments.
• Experience with hose manufacturing equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment per procedures and work instructions; monitor performance and record output.
• Use measurement tools to verify dimensions and report deviations.
• Perform in-process and finished-product inspections for quality.
• Operate braiders, extruders and other equipment; diagnose issues and escalate as needed.
• Maintain production and traceability records throughout the process.
• Provide cross-training across manufacturing, assembly and shipping as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized.
