The role involves assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and optical assemblies, while collaborating with Quality, Engineering, and Production to ensure quality and manufacturability. The ideal candidate will have hands-on manufacturing experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read instructions, schematics, BOMs, and

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field is highly desired; equivalent certifications may be considered.
• 3+ years of manufacturing-related experience preferred, optics/electro-optics/electronic focus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to read BOMs, schematics, and drawings.
• Experience with standard hand tools and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, optical, and electro-optical assemblies.
• Provide first-line technical support to the Production team.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Production to resolve issues.
• Document improvements to work instructions and checklists.
