Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing is hiring entry-level Manufacturing Technicians and Machine Operators in Rock Hill, SC. The roles involve learning and applying resin systems, finishing patterns and molds, and using hand tools for assembly and bonding.

First and second shifts available, with clean, safety‑driven work environment. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in fast-paced manufacturing, familiarity with composite materials a plus, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with composite materials is a plus (carbon fiber, Kevlar, fiberglass).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; reading and interpreting SOPs essential.

Responsibilities

• Apply resin systems (epoxy, polyester, vinyl ester, silicones) as directed.
• Perform hand-finishing operations on patterns and molds.
• Use a variety of hand tools for cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembling.
• Assemble structures including setup, bonding, and fastener applications.
• Perform self-quality checks to ensure tolerances are met.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for Entry Level Manufacturing Technicians and Machine Operators to join our growing team.

Actively hiring for first and second shift positions.

First Shift: 7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday Second Shift, 3pm-1:30am, Monday-Thursday

What you get to do!

What you will bring to the Team

• 1-3 Years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• 1 year experience with composite materials (i.e. Carbon Fiber, Kevlar & Fiberglass) a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, interpret, and suggest improvements from work instructions (SOPs)
• Measurement competencies-Calipers, Micrometers, Tape measure, Indicators, etc.
• Experience using a variety of hand tools in cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembling
• Experience with adhesive bonding applications
• Experience with assembly of structures including setup, bonding, and fastener applications
• Attention to detail and accuracy while working with tight tolerances
