About the Role

A Snapshot of Your Day

You will be loading and unloading furnaces with crucibles containing cores, unpacking cores from crucibles, and conducting required testing at our Gibsonton, Florida location.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Operating electric and gas kilns.
  • Loading and unloading ovens using forklifts and other lifting devices.
  • Filling out kiln load maps to track core locations and inspecting for defects.
  • Recording testing data accurately.
  • Cleaning and maintaining the unpack and kiln room and equipment for safety and organization.
  • Performing other duties as assigned and participating in cross-training.
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Interest in or knowledge of industrial machinery, basic math skills (metric system), and ability to read engineering instructions.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
  • Ability to work with export-controlled technology in compliance with U.S. export laws, including obtaining necessary licenses.
