Job Description
  • Learn and perform various manufacturing tasks under the guidance of experienced technicians and supervisors.
  • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently after appropriate training.
  • Assist with the setup, adjustment, and minor troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
  • Inspect products for quality defects and ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
  • Document production data, including quantities, times, and quality checks.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall plant cleanliness.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and issues.
Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new technical skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
  • Basic math and computer skills are preferred.
