Job Summary

The Manufacturing Technician III (Compound/Fill/Finish) is responsible for executing manufacturing tasks involving sterile injectable products in vial and syringe formats, adhering to GMP standards. This role requires technical expertise in aseptic processing, troubleshooting, and maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.

On-Site Expectations
  • 100% on-site position.
  • 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm.
Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment for dispensing, compounding, filling, and inspection.
  • Become a subject matter expert on processes and equipment.
  • Follow SOPs, batch records, and quality standards, documenting accurately.
  • Conduct sampling and quality checks, supporting process improvements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Assist in other manufacturing activities as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; higher education preferred.
  • 4-6+ years of relevant GMP manufacturing experience.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or CDMO environments.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform math calculations and follow detailed instructions.
  • Proficiency with manufacturing equipment and safety protocols.
Physical Demands and Work Environment

Includes standing, lifting, exposure to chemicals, and use of PPE. Must pass vision and color vision tests. Will wear PPE and may operate industrial vehicles.
