Job summary

Employbridge is seeking a Manufacturing Technician III/IV to assemble and refurbish products in a fast-paced Colorado production environment in Boulder. You will support quality, productivity, and on-time deliveries by following work instructions and safety standards.

The role involves using hand tools, torque drivers, and various assembly materials, completing detailed tasks, and tracking work orders in ERP systems. Technician IV may mentor others across multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years manufacturing/assembly experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and sub-assemblies according to specifications and quality requirements.
• Use hand tools, torque drivers, wrenches, adhesives, and other assembly materials.
• Complete detailed assembly, labeling, inspection, and testing tasks.
• Meet daily production, quality, and delivery goals.
• Identify and report non-conforming parts or assemblies.
• Utilize ERP and production systems to track work orders and production activity.
• Assist with equipment setup, inventory control, and process improvements.
• Support new product introductions and cross-functional manufacturing initiatives.
• Work safely around power tools, moving equipment, and in confined spaces when required.
• Technician IV candidates may provide guidance and support across multiple product lines.
