Summary

The manufacturing Technician provides and supports manufacturing equipment, materials and processes to production to ensure products are assembled in an efficient manner, meeting customer quality and expectations and on-time delivery specifications.

Responsibilities
  • Creates and maintains machine programs and profiles for new and existing product
  • Aids in maintaining product routings, drawing packets, and interpreting instructions/specifications for manufacturing operators
  • Troubleshoots operator problems successfully, work with leadership on training and process improvements
  • Communicates problems to Engineers and/or leader
  • Assists in the testing and qualification for new equipment, materials, and processes
  • Assists in performing experiments for failure analysis and root cause analysis
  • Recommends additional equipment needs to leadership and/or Test Engineers for the product debug areas
  • Participates in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities
  • Complies and follows all company security policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
  • A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. This job is the fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position.
  • Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.

Compensation Range: $32.62 to $48.93 USD. Many factors are considered in compensation decisions, including but not limited to skills, certifications, licensures, experience, training, incumbent data, and other business needs.
