Job summary

HOLT Manufacturing in Waco is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to perform assembly and installation of manufacturing components, providing mechanical and electrical services per established procedures. The role requires working independently or as part of a team to support internal and external customers.

You will read blueprints, use hand and power tools, operate overhead cranes, and participate in RIWs and Kaizen events to improve safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of related experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics, transmissions, engines, gensets, and electrical.
• Ability to read blueprints and install processes.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain equipment according to procedures.
• Assemble/disassemble components using drawings and blueprints.
• Interpret blueprints and installation processes.
• Support root cause analysis and RCCA teams.
• Maintain 5S and OPM in work area.
