Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required with mechanical and/or technical experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience handling hazardous chemicals strongly preferred.
• Safety and Quality are key in this role.
• Fast-paced, dynamic team environment with attention to detail.
• ISO 9000/14000 experience a plus.
• Dependability with OT and weekend flexibility.
• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office; SAP/PLC experience a plus.
• Willingness to work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to lift/move up to 51 lbs daily.
• Visual checks and handling highly hazardous material with PPE; respirator certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, assemble and troubleshoot containers in a hazardous chemical environment.
• Follow Work Instructions and SOPs to improve processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Leadership, Engineering, Quality and Safety to meet production goals.
• Demonstrate accountability and integrity while achieving results.
• Actively seek solutions and share ideas with the team; learn and improve processes.
• Adapt to change and work under pressure with safety, quality and efficiency in mind.
