Job summary

Ensign-Bickford Industries, through its AFB International unit, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II for the Liquid Plant. This role supports a high-performing team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

The position offers built-in overtime, a comprehensive benefits package, and potential for annual merit increases. The schedule is 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, Sunday through Tuesday and every other Wednesday, with 3- to 4-day workweeks and additional overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years production experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand and lift up to 55 pounds in a dusty environment with fluctuating temperatures.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Produce quality products meeting customer specifications.
• Follow safety, quality, and operating procedures.
• Identify and communicate production issues and participate in problem-solving.
• Support 5S and housekeeping standards; keep a showroom-ready environment.
• Learn and apply the Ensign-Bickford Operating System (EBOS).
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve production goals.

Day/Shift Schedule

Our schedule gives you:

What You’ll Do

As a Manufacturing Technician, you’ll play a critical role in helping us deliver quality products to our customers while supporting our commitment to operational excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating equipment safely and efficiently

• Producing quality products that meet customer expectations

• Following established safety, quality, and operating procedures

• Identifying and communicating production issues

• Participating in problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts
