Job summary

TekWissen Group is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II for a 12-month temporary assignment onsite in Madison, WI. The shift runs Monday to Friday from 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM, with responsibilities that include building, testing, and calibrating complex instruments to support production goals.

The role requires following detailed work instructions and collaborating with mechanical, electrical, and optical components to ensure quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Experience with mechanical assembly preferred.
• Experience using various hand tools preferred.
• Soldering experience preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality standards.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 25 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly.
