The manufacturing technician is an integral part of the overall process required to convert human plasma to injectable protein therapies. The technician is responsible for the set-up, operation and cleaning of various types of process equipment utilized to separate, purify, fill, inspect and package the protein products manufactured by Grifols.
The estimated pay scale for the Manufacturing Technician role based in Los Angeles, CA, is $21.50 to $22/per hour. Additionally, the position is eligible to participate in up to 5% of the company bonus pool. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on education, experience, skillset, knowledge, where the role is performed, internal equity and market data.
