Manufacturing Technician I (T1) - 2nd Shift

We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician I (T1) for the 2nd shift at our Lititz, PA location. This role offers a starting pay rate of $25.50/hr plus a $2.00/hr shift differential. Responsibilities
  • Ensure equipment readiness and availability to meet production schedules.
  • Maintain equipment uptime and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Operate and pass certification for assigned machinery, following safety policies.
  • Assist in equipment setup, process improvement, and inventory management.
  • Provide training and support to team members.
  • Adhere to safety standards and maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications
  • HSD / GED or equivalent technical experience.
  • 3-5 years in maintenance or high-volume manufacturing environments.
  • Certifications in hydraulics, electrical, or pneumatics preferred.
  • Experience with conveyors, motors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and other production equipment.
  • Basic math and measurement skills, with hands-on experience with machine tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills and a proactive attitude.
