Job summary

Doosan Bobcat is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Process Analyst to support development, testing and improvement of manufacturing processes, equipment and products. You will work with engineering and operations to enhance safety, quality, productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers exposure to automation, robotics, machining and process improvement, contributing directly to new and existing product success.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent technical training.
• Strong applied mechanical skills and willingness to use them.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret prints to ensure parts and machines meet specifications.
• Recommend modifications to preliminary engineering designs for process, safety, quality and cost.
• Work with departments during prototype and pilot builds to ensure product or component meets process and design specifications; investigate and modify parts or processes.
• Program and troubleshoot equipment (laser, press brake, machining centers, robots).
• Study specs and plan sequence of operations for manufacturing processes.
• Assist in evaluating, selecting and implementing machines and tools to increase quality and reduce cost.
• Implement engineering changes on the shop floor and write work instructions.
