Shift Details:

  • Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch).


Pay Rate:

  • $19–$19 per hour.


Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Manufacturing Assembler to join our production team. The role involves assembling mechanical parts, products, or subassemblies using various tools and equipment on a production line. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our products meet quality standards and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble products and equipment following blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, and written procedures.
  • Use hand and power tools, including screwdrivers, wrenches, wire cutters, and drills.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels in workstations.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet established standards.
  • Document and report product defects, rework, or repair tasks based on engineering changes.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals.


Required Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3 years of mechanical assembly experience.
  • Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow directions accurately.


Required Skills:

  • Ability to navigate and utilize basic computer systems.
  • Proficiency with small hand and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Forklift operation experience.
  • Previous experience in a lean production environment.
  • Familiarity with soldering techniques.


Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to see, speak, walk, hear, stand, sit, and use hands/fingers to handle tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs., climb stairs/ladders, and stoop or bend as required.
