Qualifications

• Maintain and develop machine programs and PD files for production lines.
• Observe line performance to optimize efficiency and product quality.
• Diagnose non-SMT equipment and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Assist with changeovers to improve line throughput and efficiency.
• Provide training to Manufacturing Engineering Tech I employees.
• Follow safety and security procedures in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Work with Line Supervisors and Engineers to determine corrective actions.
• Conduct daily pass-down reports to project and manufacturing engineers.
• Assist with optimization of reflow and solder paste processes.
