Second shift Monday to Thursday 3:30PM to 1:30AM

Position Summary:

You will be responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of sterile and non-sterile medical devices. For setting up and operating workstations, monitoring production rated and running associated systems used in manufacturing products sold to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operates workstations for manufacturing processes, ensuring standard functionality.

  • Proficiently sets up and loads component materials into product-specific tools.

  • Follows established documentation, safety procedures, GMPs, GDP, quality system guidelines, and company policies.

  • Conducts in-process visual and dimensional inspections, accurately documenting work and recognizing and communicating quality issues.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Must Have:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associates Degree or 2-4 years' experience in the medical device industry preferred.

  • 1+ years' experience in a technical field, with a strong attention to detail.

  • Knowledgeable in interpreting drawings, nomenclature, and dimensions, with understanding of ISO & FDA requirements.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluency in English, and ability to provide detailed information for root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Good to have:

  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities

  • Experience with LEAN manufacturing

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment with Contract Manufacturing preferred.

Salary Range: $21.00-$28.00
