Abbott is hiring for a Front-line Process Technician at the Electrophysiology (EP) Tech Center in St. Paul, MN. The role supports the Operations team, drives process improvements, and coaches assemblers in manufacturing and testing of medical devices.

You will work with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to safety, quality, and cost goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Front-line process technician supporting the Operations team.
• Support products, process improvements, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Learn manufacturing processes, techniques, and best practices while supporting the Operations team in coaching assemblers.
• Instruct production personnel in the manufacturing and testing of product devices.
• Recommend and implement process, tooling, and equipment changes to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Interpret test data, analyze product performance, develop summaries, and assist with yield improvement activities.
• Assist the maintenance team to ensure continuous operation of production equipment.
• Assist engineers in troubleshooting safety, quality, or process issues.
• Perform scrap dissection and support investigations into potential root causes.
• Summarize information and communicate effectively with production and cross-functional teams.
