Qualifications

Associate degree or technical education preferred.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Medical Devices manufacturing.
Experience with troubleshooting automated systems, pneumatics, and electro-pneumatics.
Knowledge of instrumentation, lasers, vision systems, and motors.
Experience with preventive maintenance and basic computer repair.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to uphold quality standards.
Monitor production activities, troubleshoot issues, and support process improvements.
Devises, fabricates, installs, tests, and repairs mechanical equipment and systems.
Assist engineers with developing technical solutions related to devices and systems.
Installs, repairs, and upgrades components of mechanical devices and systems in the manufacturing area.
Devises, fabricates, and assembles new or modified mechanical components for machinery and equipment.
Conducts quality assurance/control tests and procedures.
