The Position

This role supports manufacturing processes, requiring strict adherence to cGMPs, established practices, and compliance with quality regulations.

The Front End Day Schedule

• Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and alternate Wednesdays, 6:45 am – 7:00 pm.
• Training: first 3 weeks, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Reports to: Supervisor of Manufacturing

Essential Functions

• Product manufacturing and support activities
• Routine documentation completion
• Support in-process activities and product development as instructed
• Implement process improvements and cost reduction initiatives
• Perform equipment and process validations
• Conduct in-process product testing
• Support other manufacturing departments as needed
• Perform duties ethically and in compliance with healthcare laws and regulations
• Embed Novo Nordisk Way and 10 Essentials in all activities

Qualifications

• High School diploma or Associates with 3+ years’ relevant manufacturing experience OR Bachelor’s in a science discipline with no experience required
• Knowledge of cGMP preferred
• Ability to follow written instructions

Physical Requirements

Up to 10% overnight travel. Ability to perform physical activities like climbing, stooping, reaching, standing, lifting up to 10 pounds, and working in environments with noise, chemicals, and moving parts.
