Job summary

Champion Foods LLC is seeking a production technician responsible for set-up, start, testing, and adjustment of complex manufacturing equipment to maximize quality and output. The role involves basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with GMP, OSHA, USDA, FDA, and safety standards.

The candidate will support less experienced colleagues, monitor processes for quality, and document operations in the appropriate software systems.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and distribution of materials.
• Familiarity with GMP, OSHA, USDA, FDA, and related safety practices.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and adjust equipment for quality and productivity.
