Waters Corporation is seeking an assembly-focused professional to join the New Castle production team. The role involves hand assembly of instruments and accessories, real-time production order processing, and creating quality records.
The candidate should have soldering experience and be comfortable working in a linear flow production environment. Must be able to use hand tools and follow detailed drawings and specifications while coordinating with team members to meet production goals.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our New Castle production team. The team member should be eager to learn, willing to take new tasks daily and able to effectively follow instructions towards procution goals.
Hand assembly of various instruments and accessories.
Quality record creation.
Production order processing in real time.
Must have previous soldering experience.
Previous experience soldering PCB components preffered.
Ability to use hand tools.
Ability to follow work instructions to repeatedly build quality product per drawings and specs.
Must be able to work with others in a linear flow producion line environment.
Ability to troubleshoot minor problems and communicate larger problems to support teams.
