Job summary

Roche is hiring a Manufacturing Technician in Indianapolis to support production, packaging, and labeling operations. You will set up and operate equipment, inspect products, and ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.

The role emphasizes GMP/ISO compliance, accuracy of documentation, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have a High School Diploma and be able to lift 35 lbs and adapt to schedule changes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
• 1 year of related production/manufacturing experience preferred in a regulated industry.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally.
• Flexibility in work schedule when needed.
• Strong GMP/ISO understanding and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain material/supply needs to support production.
• Set up and operate equipment per SOPs.
• Inspect products and verify final device information is accurate.
• Complete and document all process orders and records.
• Prepare work centres and perform line clearance and cleaning per procedures.
• May train others in the department.
