Here’s the Gist:

As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll oversee wafer production from inception to completion, working with engineers and stakeholders to achieve world-class cycle times. You will work with a manufacturing execution system and multiple reps.

You will work a 12-hour night shift or day shift with a "3on- 4off -4on-3off" alternating schedule. Technicians working 12-hour shifts are eligible to receive a shift differential of up to 15%, as well as overtime and bonus eligibility.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Operate, and routinely qualify, equipment in various semiconductor process areas such as photolithography, etch, CVD, PVD, metrology, and others.
  • Perform logistic tasks such as wafer unpacking, releasing to process, and packing to be shipped.
  • Maintain a presence in the Operations Command Center. Monitor and evaluate operating data to ensure optimized wafer movement in the fabricator.

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):

  • Ability to stand for 6 hours at a time, wear full clean room attire, and lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Basic computer skills, including Excel and Outlook. The ability to multitask using multiple computer screens at the same time.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, as well as under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Range:

$16.05 - $22.05
