Job Description:

As a Manufacturing Technician D, you will be responsible for contributing to the success of our space manufacturing operations. Ideal candidates must be able to work in a highly regulated build space and work with complex mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies. Note, this job is for 2nd shift, approximately 2:00 pm to 11:30 pm.

Essential Functions:
  1. Set up testing stations in alignment with the provided diagrams and schematics, while maintaining a safe and orderly workspace.
  2. Adhere to predefined testing protocols and safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  3. Accurately complete datasheets and review test data, compiling data packs for finished products.
  4. Maintain accurate documentation and track the status of assigned program(s), contributing to efficient workflow and communication.
  5. Maintain equipment at workstations, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and problem resolution.
  7. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  1. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
  2. 4 years or more experience in technical knowledge and skills in troubleshooting down to the component level is desired; solid understanding and working knowledge of test equipment such as multi-meters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, thermal chambers, etc.
Preferred Additional Skills:
  1. Analog and digital troubleshooting skills.
  2. Technical knowledge and skills in troubleshooting down to the component level.
  3. Strong planning/organizational skills with ability to prioritize work assignments.
  4. Demonstrated ability of working individually and in a team-oriented environment.
