• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience in pharmaceuticals or related field preferred.
• Self-starter with good time management skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and good problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and detail-oriented with accurate records.
• Willingness to work various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily performance checks on required equipment and scales.
• Documents process start/end times in logbooks and batch records.
• Maintains organized and clean work area; performs cleaning of equipment and rooms.
• Performs required facility cleans per master cleaning schedule.
• Accurately completes required paperwork for batch records.
• Weighs raw materials to meet batch requirements and verifies tasks with others.
• Prepares batches of solution and sanitizes tanks and hoses.
• Starts up and shuts down coating line; logs room and equipment in process logs.
• Monitors process for quality, collects samples, and performs in-process quality checks.
• Packages slit rolls, labels, and prepares tally sheets; cleans room and slitter after batches.
