Job summary

Siemens Energy in Gibsonton, FL is seeking a manufacturing operator to transport molds to and from preheat and casting furnaces, operating hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and performing post-cast steps. You will follow production specifications to ensure parts meet quality standards in a high-temperature environment.

Qualifications include a HS diploma or GED, ability to read engineering instructions, strong mechanical aptitude, and US work authorization.

In this role, you will be transporting molds into and out of the preheat furnaces, and casting furnaces. By operating hydraulics and use of pneumatic devices. As well as conducting post cast procedures. All tasks must be completed according to production specifications to produce parts of exceptional quality in the Gibsonton Florida Location.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Using hand tools such as wrenches, allen wrenches, screwdrivers, tape measures, and levels.


• Operating a hoist.


• Following written instructions and using the Mercury system.


• Working with extreme heat.


• Able to become LOTO certified.


• Keeping area clean and organized and training other employees as needed.

What You Bring

• Evidence of a completed High School or GED is required.
