Job summary

Johnson Controls International plc. is seeking manufacturing technicians with a minimum of three years of experience for 1st and 2nd shift.

You will join a manufacturing facility and contribute to the delivery and execution of core processes in alignment with company policies and Johnson Controls standards. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, using power tools, measuring layouts, assembling parts, and ensuring safety and quality across operations.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and schematics to guide assembly.
• Measure and mark surfaces using tape measures and squares.
• Identify defects and ensure quality and safety.
• Lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints.
• Use power tools, drills, grinders, saws, and hand tools.
• Measure and mark surfaces according to drawings.
• Bolt, screw, clip, or fasten parts and components together.
• Clean and prepare the assembly line.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
