Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a skilled technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment. The role covers mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems and routine machining or bench operations to modify tools and fixtures.

You will analyze process data to adjust equipment and ensure parts meet specification, while performing additional duties as assigned in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1.5 years of technical experience using mechanical, electrical and hydraulic skills.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 75 pounds and work 8–12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintains structures, electrical, heating, plumbing, machine repair, and hydraulic systems for equipment.
• Performs machining or bench operations to alter and repair tools, dies, fixtures, gauges and guarding.
• Troubleshoots and repairs equipment; performs preventive maintenance.
• Performs statistical process charting, interpretation, and trend-analysis to adjust processes or equipment to spec.
• Performs other duties as assigned
