Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with 4 years of relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary/Associates with 0–2 years experience.
• Some electronics background and basic troubleshooting skills preferred.
• Familiarity with L3Harris products and continuous improvement processes.

Responsabilités

• Follows Manufacturing Test Procedures (MTP) to perform tests on RF or digital PCBs, subassemblies, or end products.
• Uses hand tools such as torque wrenches.
• Maintains quality and productivity.
• Uses Microsoft Office programs.
• Identifies problems and contributes to process improvements.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Works as part of a team and collaborates to accomplish tasks.
• Traversing across the production floor for the duration of the shift (up to 12 hours).
• Able to transport up to 25 lbs.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Job Description:

In this role, individuals may be responsible for conducting tests on a variety of RF or digital printed circuit boards, subassemblies, or end products. Must be capable logging information in technical databases. Basic troubleshooting skills are desired. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a cross-functional team.

Essential Functions:

• Follows Manufacturing Test Procedures (MTP) to perform automated and semi-automated tests on a variety of RF or digital printed circuit boards, subassemblies, or end products

• Uses hand tools such as torque wrenches

• Maintains consistent quality and productivity levels

• Uses Microsoft Office programs

• Identifies problems and contributes to process improvements

• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, flexible production environment

• Works as part of a team and collaborates to accomplish tasks

• Traversing across the production floor for the duration of their shift (up to 12 hours).

• Able to transport up 25 lbs.

• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to work overtime as needed

  Qualifications:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.

  In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New York state, is [$32,920 - $63,500]. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
