This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a shift team to meet daily production goals.Key Responsibilities:Safety & Quality ComplianceMaintain strict adherence to all safety protocols and quality standards within the manufacturing area.Follow cleanroom procedures and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) guidelines.Assembly & Mechanical WorkPerform mechanical assembly of stiffeners, PCBAs, interposers, and associated hardware and electrical components.Execute mechanical adjustments using hand tools, tweezers, dial indicators, handheld digital meters, torque verification, and microscopes.Read and follow detailed mechanical work instructions and engineering documentation.Testing & TroubleshootingSet up testers for electrical testing and conduct electronic casualty analysis of probe cards.Perform adjustments to probe cards to achieve planarity (flatness) of the array.Conduct microscope inspections of components and hardware.Apply knowledge of electronic theory and components to resolve test failures.Perform basic troubleshooting down to component level using ohm/cap/voltage meters.Data Analysis & DocumentationPerform data analysis and understand SPC (Statistical Process Control) processes for all processing steps.Record and enter test results accurately into designated systems.Collaboration & Production SupportWork within a shift team to support operations and engineering tasks.Contribute as an individual to meet daily production quotas.Work Environment & Physical Requirements:Role may involve frequent standing, repetitive hand motions, and handling small or delicate components.Work performed primarily in a clean‑room manufacturing setting, requiring adherence to gowning and contamination‑control procedures.May require exposure to chemicals, specialty tools, microscopes, or precision measurement equipment.Must follow all required safety protocols, wear appropriate PPE and clean‑room attire (full coverall suit, hairnet, mask, gloves, etc.) for extended periods of time.Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.Skills:Computer Literacy, Microscope, Microsoft Office, Problem Solving, Self Reliance, Technical Problem-Solving, Technical Thinking, Working IndependentlyEducation & Experience:Minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience | RequiredPay Range:$25.80 - $33.86Pay Range Explained:This role in Livermore, California pays between $25.80 and $33.86 per hour, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations.
