This position works Monday - Friday from 2pm-11pm

This Manufacturing Technician is responsible for managing cases for Vulcan Custom Dental, including both laboratory and clinical customers. The role involves processing daily orders according to customer specifications, participating in product and process validations, and supporting digital dentistry manufacturing initiatives as directed by the manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain quality and consistency of manufactured products.
2. Utilize machining strategies, fixtures, and tooling for production.
3. Communicate workflow and capacity to management.
4. Meet established turnaround times for products.
5. Perform CAM processing of dental prostheses per customer specifications.
6. Participate in CAM production-related qualifications, including installation, operation, and process validations.
7. Collaborate with outside suppliers as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills required.
• Machining background preferred, especially Haas controls.
• Comfortable working in a production environment with mandated quotas.
• Experience working within a Quality System.

Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in dental labs or medical devices preferred.
• CNC machining experience desired, especially with Haas controls.
